🧾 1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the webshop https://allianz.back2buzz.eu.
Consumers (B2C): Individuals acting for personal and non-commercial purposes.
🛍 2. Products:
Back2buzz offers refurbished electronic devices.
Each smartphone is in condition grade “Like New” or “Very Good”
Included accessories
Applicable warranty duration
Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.
💶 3. Prices:
All prices are in euros (€), VAT of 20% included.
Shipping fees are shown during checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Back2buzz reserves the right to cancel any order in the case of suspicion of fraud, payment issues, or misuse.

Accepted payment methods:
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
B2C: Full payment is required at checkout
🚚 6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery area: Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, and most EU countries.
Estimated time: 2 to 5 business days
Fees: Indicated at checkout. (All orders above or equal to 50€ are delivered without fees)
Back2buzz is not responsible for delivery delays due to the carrier.
↩️ 7. Right of Withdrawal:
As a consumer, you may cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.
Exceptions:
Custom-configured or personalized products
Products returned incomplete or damaged
Opened products that cannot be resold as new

Return accepted within 14 days after withdrawal
Product must be in original condition with packaging
Refund issued within 14 days of receipt

Legal 2-year conformity warranty applies to all devices.

Back2buzz shall not be held liable for:
Site downtime or access interruptions
Indirect damages such as data loss or lost profits
Differences in color or visuals between product images and reality

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nivelles, Belgium.
